Even the most prudent practitioner will have an unhappy parent or patient. In the US, about 5% of people have an actual serious mental illness, which may come with a distorted perception of their dental care. In this course, an educator shares the moments that she wishes she could go back and "do over." This lecture is a candid journey of practical experiences.  Dr. Johnson will reflect on past decisions and outcomes that could prompt early retirement with the objective of reducing litigation risk.
