Interest in silver diamine fluoride and SMART restorations has been growing in dentistry. Normally this course has a list of topics and the audience chooses which ones are discussed until the time runs out. This time we go through all the slides. Yikes!  To get it done in two hours, we go 90 miles per hour. Buckle up!  Dr. Brooke was unable to give this course live in the traditional manner at Hinman 2024 due to a medical emergency. To make up for that, for this one time only, she recorded the ENTIRE thing. That way you are guaranteed we go through the ones you “would have selected.”  We never get through it all… until today.

Dr. Brooke has worked with multiple different providers to offer not only dental care, but more comprehensive services while patients are under general anesthesia. During this course, Dr. Brooke will discuss how she built an adult hospital dental program, the challenges she continues to face and how she copes with those challenges. Through this course the participant will obtain knowledge in operating room basics, interdisciplinary collaboration and who’s who in the hospital.

This is an interactive course to help all team members be better equipped to treat patients who have special healthcare needs.
