Juggling the demands of dentistry is challenging enough. There are patients who rely on your care, staff who look to your leadership, lab work that needs your attention, meetings and study clubs that require your participation, and the list goes on.
For many women dentists, the family demands rest more on their shoulders than on the shoulders of their significant other. It is a challenge to balance the professional demands with your family's needs. More dentists today are balancing two professional careers. It can be done!
