Pain is common in dentistry, but it doesn’t have to be the norm. This interactive course helps dental professionals protect their bodies, prevent injury and extend their careers. Participants will learn evidence-based ergonomic strategies, posture adjustments, and chairside stretches to ease tension and improve comfort between patients. Objectives include recognizing musculoskeletal issues caused by clinical work, applying ergonomic principles to operatory setup and positioning, and practicing chairside movement techniques to reduce strain and support mobility.
