Trust is the foundation of every successful patient relationship. In this 90-minute lecture, participants will identify core psychological factors that influence patient trust and comfort, explain how nonverbal communication and tone shape patient perception and analyze examples of trust-building versus trust-breaking interactions. Attendees will also apply simple communication techniques to reduce anxiety and enhance trust.
