This hands-on workshop supporting the Turbyfil denture technique will focus on the laboratory skills and clinical application of those skills for a successful outcome for your denture prosthetics. From base plates and occlusal rims to tooth selection–provisional dentures, duplicate dentures and material selection will be discussed and performed. A functional impression material, Flow-cast, will be used and manipulated by participants. A flow chart and timeline will be presented and used so this technique can be incorporated into your daily practice

This hands-on workshop will focus on over dentures and how to get a predictable outcome. We will use the concepts of the Turbyfill technique to determine the functional matrix which allows accurate placement and precise selection of over denture attachments. Participants will investigate different attachments and systems to try and process on models.

This course is designed to update the Turbyfill denture technique focusing in the three major changes to the process, then applying the technique to create a successful implant outcome. The entire Turbyfill denture technique will be discussed, from the initial appointment to tooth selection, material selection was as well as finalization. Also the introduction of the digital work flow into the technique will be explained.
