Even the most prudent practitioner will have an unhappy parent or patient. In the US, about 5% of people have an actual serious mental illness, which may come with a distorted perception of their dental care. In this course, an educator shares the moments that she wishes she could go back and "do over." This lecture is a candid journey of practical experiences. Dr. Johnson will reflect on past decisions and outcomes that could prompt early retirement with the objective of reducing litigation risk. Education, documentation, and timing in communication will be reviewed.
