INBOUND: All privately-owned vehicles must check in at the Georgia World Congress Center Marshalling Yard located at 362 Ivan Allen Jr. Boulevard NW during published move-in hours. Upon arrival, you will be issued a Dock Pass and provided directions to the unloading area closest to your booth location. You have the option of self-unloading, purchasing Freeman’s Material Handling service or the cart load service. 

Once you get to the GWCC directed entrance, you will need your badge or if you are helping with set-up you need to get a wrist band from Security located at A1A Entry or A3D Entry.

Move-in Hours:

Tuesday 3/16,  8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday 3/17,  8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

OUTBOUND: You may obtain a Dock Access Move-Out Pass at the Freeman Exhibitor Service Center during exhibit and move out hours. The Dock Access Pass will also be available at the Marshalling Yard in the event the vehicle operator will not have access to the Exhibit Hall. Privately-owned vehicles will be allowed to report directly to the loading area at the meeting conclusion.

Move-out Hours:

Saturday 3/20,  2 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Sunday 3/21,  8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
