  • Last day to apply to be included in the first round of assignments.

  • Booth assignments begin. Assignments are made based on priority points. Booth assignments take approximately three months if applications are received by the Booth Application Deadline, July 1, 2026. 

 December 2026

 December 2, 2026

  • Last day to cancel and receive full refund of monies paid. Any cancellations between December 3, 2026 and January 16, 2027, exhibitors will receive exhibit fees paid minus a flat $500 per 10' x 10' administration fee. All requests must be in writing and no requests for refunds will be accepted on or after January 17, 2027.

 December 17, 2026

  • Exhibitor booth personnel pre-registration begins. All confirmed exhibitors may register their booth personnel online by going to the Exhibitor Portal. You will need your password to register. 
  • Exhibitor Kit goes live. 

 January 2027

 January 15, 2027

  • Final booth payment due.
  • Certificate of Insurance due for in-person exhibitors. No exhibitor will be allowed to set up their booth or exhibit unless they provide a Certificate of Insurance to the Exhibits Manager, Wendy McGar at wmcgar@hinman.org. 
  • Final opportunity to edit your company contact information and select your product category listing for the Hinman website and mobile app.
  • Sponsorship Graphics Due.

  • Freeman warehouse begins receiving crated, boxed or skidded materials. Shipments arriving after March 14, 2027 will receive an additional charge.
  • Freeman early order discount deadline. This includes the Complimentary Booth Package (one electrical outlet, 2 side chairs, one wastebasket and a 6' skirted table per booth).

February 19, 2027

  • Deadline to pre-register your booth personnel to receive your badges in the mail.  Otherwise, badges will be available for pick up onsite beginning Wednesday, March 17, 2027.
  • Early-bird deadline for ordering lead retrieval. Due to data privacy issues, the barcodes used for Lead Retrieval will be encrypted.  If you are planning to use your own lead retrieval system, use the lead retrieval order form to purchase a developer kit which will include the decryption key.
  • Early-bird deadline for ordering electrical, plumbing or cable. Provider: Edlen (Georgia World Congress Center).

March 9, 2027

  • Final date for shipments to arrive at Freeman Advanced Warehouse. Shipments arriving after March 9 will receive an additional charge.

March 16, 2027

  • 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Exhibitor Move-in 
  • Freeman Service desk open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Shipments can begin arriving at the Georgia World Congress Center

 March 17, 2027

  • 8 a.m.  - 8 p.m. Exhibitor Move-in
  • Freeman Service desk open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • 2028 Booth Application is available.

 March 18, 2027

  • 8 a.m.  - 5:30 p.m. Exhibitor Hall Access Hours
  • 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Exhibit Hall Open

 March 19, 2027

  • 8 a.m.  - 6:30 p.m. Exhibitor Hall Access Hours
  • 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Exhibit Hall Open

 March 20, 2027

  • 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Exhibitor Hall Access Hours
  • 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Exhibits Open - Exhibit Booths MUST STAY OPEN until 2 p.m. and those exhibitors working their booth must take this into consideration when booking flights. There will be NO Exceptions for early move-out. 
  • 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. Exhibitor Move-out
