Continuing Education

Approximately 48 hours after each of the three Society membership meetings you will be able to obtain a copy of your CE certificate. Please login using your ADA number. Access your CE information.

Meeting Registration

Save the date for our 2012-2013 Society Membership Meetings. They will be held September 24, 2012, November 12, 2012 and January 14, 2013. Speaker and location details are coming soon.

Annual Meeting Information

The 2012 Annual Meeting will take place June 8-11 for our inaugural Hinman cruise via Royal Caribbean's Monarch of the Seas leaving from Port Canaveral, FL. The Hinman Trustees will pay $457 to offset each member's cruise fare at the Ocean View rate. Rooms are not reserved for the Hinman group, so we are encouraging members to book as soon as possible, in order to have the best room availability.  Rooms can be booked by calling 1-800-401-9948. Member Profile

You can update your member profile at any time you have a change to your office or home address, phone number or e-mail address. This keeps your profile current and allows the Hinman staff to contact you with information about upcoming Society or Meeting events. Update Your member profile online.

Member Nomination Form

In order to nominate a dentist for membership into the society, please discuss and complete the Member Nomination Form with the prospective member and return to Hinman office when complete.
