Continuing education credits will not be awarded to those requesting a $0 fee category, with the exception of residents.
* Dentists who are in their first year of practice may attend the meeting for a fee of $80 ($105 after 2/25). Dentists in their second year of practice pay $105 ($150 after 2/25). A copy of an ADA membership card or other credentials with the year of dental school graduation must be submitted with the registration form for a reduced fee.
Retired Dentists
Individuals requesting the retired dentist category with a complimentary ($0) registration fee should contact QMS to request a retired dentist form. QMS can be contacted by phone (866) 248-2883 or fax (678) 341-3099.
Children
All children must register for the 2010 Thomas P. Hinman Dental Meeting. Children (under the age of 12)/Youth (ages 12-20):
- Must register to attend the meeting
- Can register for age-appropriate events and visit the exhibit hall
- Are not permitted in lectures
Course Fees
When two course fees are published, all practicing dentists pay the higher course fee. All other registrants pay the lower course fee when indicated. However, if only one fee is published, all registrants pay the same fee.

- Pre-register to avoid waiting in line and to guarantee a seat in General Attendance courses.
- There are two ways to register:

- Registrations cannot be accepted by fax or phone.
Only one registration form is necessary for each office,
including dentists, auxiliaries and family members. The
registration form can be copied to accommodate
additional registrants. Hinman accepts Visa, MasterCard,
American Express or a check for either pre-registration
or registration on-site.
Attendees whose pre-registration forms are postmarked or received online by Thursday, February 25, 2010 will receive their registration badges and course tickets in the mail. Registrants should bring all of these materials to the meeting. - General Attendance tickets will be in pre-registration packets or a limited number of tickets may be available at the door of the lecture room until approximately 10 minutes after the class begins.
- Registered Attendance tickets will be in preregistration packets or can be purchased from Ticket Sales in the Registration area. Badge holders, program books, and Guides to Technical Exhibits are available on-site at these locations:

Housing for the 2010 Thomas P. Hinman Dental Meeting is now open! In support of our Meeting, nearly all of the hotels in our block have held the 2009 room rates for 2010!
In addition, for a limited time, check out the special rates while supplies last! These special rates for 2010 are actually lower than the 2009 rates! Our hotels are working hard to save you even more money!
The Meeting will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center and Omni Hotel. The Congress Center is located at 285 Andrew Young International Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30313.
