Why Hinman?
Maximize your exposure by taking advantage of Hinman’s New Exhibitor Opportunities.
Why Hinman?
Find out
why you should exhibit at the Hinman Dental Meeting and how you can build traffic to your booth.

The Hinman Dental Meeting is offering a variety of new marketing and promotional strategies to help exhibitors get additional exposure with their target audience, the Hinman attendee.
These opportunities range from small to big via video ads, digital marketing, promo walls, social media outlets, signage, and shuttle buses. Every size exhibitor will have options
that fit within their budgets.
The Hinman Website
Attendees are able to view your company information, a 50-word description, product or service classification listing, and a direct link to your website at NO COST to you. The
website is used by attendees prior to the meeting to view exact locations in the exhibit hall and plan their visit.
This official printed guide, available to attendees on site, is a great tool for exhibitors to advertise and for attendees to reference throughout the year. Each company benefits
from submitting a complimentary company listing, a 50-word description, and product or service classification. Additional advertising opportunities are available to exhibitors
who wish to participate. Advertise in this book and be included in the Hinman Show Specials listings on our website and in our Meeting publications.
Confirmed exhibitors have access to purchase the 2012 pre-registered attendee mailing list and the 2011 post-show attendee mailing list. Target the exact audience you want to
reach!
Hinman provides Event Marketing Consultants the 2011 pre-registered attendee mailing list. Let EMC do your pre-show mailings for you! Include your promotional pieces and reach
every pre-registered dentist attending Hinman.
Every Hinman attendee will have a bar code printed on their badge containing their registration data. After scanning the attendee's bar code, you will have the information you
need to make your sales!
Traffic Builders
To help increase traffic in the exhibit hall, Hinman offers the following opportunities to the attendees, at NO COST TO YOU!
Two Hinman Eateries
The floor plan features two food courts with a variety of food options, a place to sit and visit and free wireless internet. Also available are complimentary snacks and drinks
in the mornings and afternoons. Attendees can also enjoy a cocktail while they shop and visit with friends. Complimentary beer and wine will be available on Saturday from noon
to 1:00 p.m.
Non-Competing Show Floor Hours
Hinman protects the open hours of the exhibit hall and does not allow any special events to compete with hall hours. Hinman staggers our course times throughout each day to help
the flow of traffic in the hall and offers several shorter courses to give attendees time to visit the hall. On Saturday afternoon, courses will end early.
Hinman Cash (Hinman subsidized and NO COST to you!)
The Hinman Dental Meeting is happy to help our exhibitors establish new relationships with future customers. Hinman will award 50 pre-registered dentists who have been in practice
for two years or less $100 in "Hinman Cash." For the selected attendee to be reimbursed, they must purchase a minimum of $100 with a Hinman Exhibitor during the 2012 Meeting.
This is Hinman’s way of saying "Thank You" for supporting our Hinman Exhibitors. Purchases must be made during the 2012 Meeting.
Dining Dollars (Hinman subsidized and NO COST to you!)
Five (5) $1.00 discount coupons for any food or drink purchase in the exhibit hall will be included in the Guide to Technical Exhibits book.
Daily Drawings (Hinman subsidized and NO COST to you!)
In celebration of Hinman’s Diamond Anniversary, attendees will have a chance to win a diamond a day. We are also having several drawings to give away $100 cash. This is our 100
year celebration so join us in our generosity and give your version of a centennial prize to your best customers.
CE Printing and Internet Access Computer Stations
A computer station area is available all three days of the meeting for attendees to record and print their continuing education credits, and access the Internet.
The Computer Station area is available on the right hand side of the hall, just off of the main aisle.
Table Clinics
Table clinics are complimentary table-top presentations, which are each 10 minutes in length and are given by volunteers from the dental community. Attendees can listen to six
table clinics and receive one hour of continuing education credit. These presentations are scheduled for morning and afternoon, each day of the meeting.
