Customer Service Agents with onPeak also can assist you in making airline and car rental reservations. Discounted airline and car rental rates are available for Hinman attendees. Airline Reservations

For airline reservations, Delta Air Lines is pleased to offer special discounted airfares for Hinman attendees. To take advantage of the special rates, call Delta Meeting Network® Reservations at (800) 328-1111, Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) and refer to File Meeting Code NM854. Travel agents also may use this code when booking your reservation.

Remote Airline Check-in Service

Bypass the airport lines! Check in your baggage for departing domestic flights (AirTran, American or Delta) at the Georgia World Congress Center. This unique service allows you to check your bags and receive your boarding pass at the GWCC, leaving you more time to visit the Technical Exhibits or attend another lecture! Rates are $10 per passenger. Normal airline baggage constraints apply, up to one (1) bag at 50 lbs. per bag weight limit. Fees apply for each additional bag. Payment is by cash only. Bags can be checked any time the day of departure, but must be checked a minimum of three hours before the flight. This service is located next to Coat and Stroller Check on Level 3 of Building A.

Pre-Enrollment: In order to expedite the check-in process, the GWCC strongly encourages attendees to pre-enroll, although it’s not required. Send an email to to request the appropriate forms. Please make sure to reference the Hinman Dental Meeting in the subject line.
