The goal of dental imaging is to achieve acceptable quality while minimizing patient exposure. This course reviews current radiology technology and teaches clinical modifications necessary to maximize the full potential of imaging. By the end of this presentation, the dental professional is able to determine the best radiographic technique for each patient and implement techniques to minimize error to achieve a high-quality diagnostic image.
