1. Can I register over the Internet?

2. May I fill out the registration form even if my dentist is not coming?
   Yes.
3. May I fax my registration form?

4. How do I make a change on my registration form after mailing it in?
   Call the Hinman registration service at (866) 248-2883.
5. What is the guest policy?
   Anyone who is not included in the registration categories is considered a guest. All guests must pay a $75 registration fee, complete a guest registration form, and can register on-site only. Guests do not have to be accompanied by a registered attendee. Registering enables guests to visit the exhibit hall and buy tickets for courses or special events. Guests do not receive continuing education credits.
6. What is the cancellation policy?
   Cancellation requests must be postmarked by Wednesday, March 21, 2012. No refunds will be made for cancellations requested after registration opens on the first day of the meeting, which is Thursday, March 22, 2012.
   
   In order for your refund request to be considered, the information must include the attendee’s name and address in writing, the original registration badge and any course tickets. All requests must be postmarked by March 21, 2012 and mailed to:

7. What is the difference between Registered and General courses?
   A fee is charged for Registered Attendance courses. General Attendance courses are free of charge with ticketed, priority seating offered to those who preregister.

9. Where is lost and found?
   If you find an item, turn it in to a Hinman Information Booth, or the Hinman on-site office, A-307 of the Georgia World Congress Center. If you lose an item, stop by room A-307.
10. How do CE credits work? How do I know the number of hours I earn for each course?
    Hinman provides one hour of credit for each hour of lecture. At the conclusion of the lecture, make note of the announced CE code. Computerized CE certificates can be printed out at the conclusion of each course, at the end of the meeting or from any computer with Internet access for up to six months following the meeting. Check with your State Board to find out how your hours are credited. To receive AGD credit, include your AGD number where indicated when you register online or on the registration form. Upon processing your CE codes for credit, your completed information will be submitted to AGD following the 2012 Hinman Meeting.
11. If a course is repeated, will it be the same material?
    Yes, anytime a course is repeated, it will be the same material.
12. When will I know if I was closed out of any courses?
    You will be notified in writing that you have been registered for the meeting. Badges and tickets for confirmed courses are mailed approximately three weeks prior to the meeting for those individuals pre-registered by February 23rd .
13. Which are the closest hotels?
    See the map on the Housing Page. Remember, most participating downtown hotels are on the Hinman shuttle route.
14. Where can I find Hinman Shuttle information?
    To find out which hotels are located on the shuttle route, click here and look for the (*) symbol. Specific shuttle schedules will also be printed in the on-site Hinman Program Book and will be posted in each participating hotel lobby.

16. Which MARTA stop do I use to get to the GWCC?

17. What are the dates of the 2012 meeting?
    The meeting and exhibits will run concurrently Thursday through Saturday, March 22 - 24, 2012.
